Claudine Manio

Graduate Academic Advisor

Claudine is the graduate academic adviser for the Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Architecture programs. She coordinates all student aspects of the graduate program in Architecture, including advising, retention, connecting students to internal and external resources, and ARCH PAC student event planning. She liaises with College of Built Environments advisers & campus administrative units with matters related to supporting our graduate students. She is passionate about cultivating a sense of belonging for all students and increasing accessibility and equity in higher ed.

Claudine received her BA in Architecture Studies from the University of Washington. As a student she participated in the Architecture in Rome program.

She worked for the Miller Hull Partnership for 12 years prior to joining the UW Architecture Department in 2009.

In her free time, Claudine enjoys cooking, learning the Italian language, and exploring new places and cultures.
