The Architecture and Construction Management Departments jointly offer a Dual Degree program, which allows students to major in both Architectural Design and Construction Management in a five-year plan. The Dual Degree program is a valuable learning opportunity for students who want to understand and work in design and construction related professions. Admission to the Dual Degree program is competitive. The first step is to apply for admission to the Architectural Design major, which includes completing the 19 credits of Architecture prerequisites (ARCH 200, 201, 350, 351, 352) and 71 credits of general education requirements. Students admitted to the Architectural Design major are eligible to apply for the Construction Management major in April of their junior year. Visit the CM website for more information on applying to the CM major.
